Virgie M. Ammerman, MBA, CPA.CGMA.CITP, is the Executive Director of Affordable Independent Living for Hope Network, a $160M Christian based non profit organization with a national footprint. She has held financial leadership positions in both industry and public accounting. Virgie has served on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Association of CPAs and as the Past Chair of the Business Management and Corporate Leadership Task Force. Virgie is the Past Treasurer of the Portage Community Center Board and Portage Rotary Club.

Virgie has three children and five grandchildren, all living in the Michigan area. She earned her BA in accounting from Spring Arbor University and her MBA with a concentration in CIS from Western Michigan University.

Senior executive, MBA, CPA, with public accounting background, and extensive closely-owned and private (equity-owned) company experience in the manufacturing segment. Expertise spans Finance, Accounting, IT, and Administration with emphasis on planning, debt financing, organization restructuring, and divestitures. Significant audit and tax experience.

Currently developing and implementing an affordable housing strategy at Hope Network.

Built scalable financial infrastructure (people, policies, processes and systems) to support high double-digit growth at Chem Link Inc.
