Elizabeth Luther leads the Capital Impact Partners' programmatic activities in Detroit, including the Inclusive Growth framework, policy and research agenda, and programming like the Equitable Development Initiative and Stay Midtown. Prior to joining Capital Impact Partners in 2014, Elizabeth worked to improve the quality of life for Michiganders through regional, neighborhood, and participatory planning at Detroit-based Michigan Community Resources and at the Southwest Michigan Planning Commission in Benton Harbor. A graduate of Notre Dame and the University of Michigan, she also leverages her planning and organizing interests through volunteer engagement with the Hubbard Farms Neighborhood Association in southwest Detroit, and as president of the Detroit Ultimate Frisbee League.
